Cigarbox Man It is the group led by the Chilean Felibe Ubeda singer, composer, producer, luthier and DJ who, in addition to having great talent for the execution of different sound lines, is also a performer of his unique instrument, the Cigarbox Guitar created by himself Ubeda and that forms an essential part of your proposal.

In addition to this, the band is made up of great musicians who accompany phenomenally Ubeda creating this psycho experience that the group proposes. Thomas Pridgen on drums who had previously participated in projects such as The Mars Volta, Resident etc, Uriah Duffy on bass and former member of Whitesnake and finally Karl Perazzo on percussion and former member of the band Carlos Santana.

The production of this album, which is now available on all platforms streamingwas made by himself Ubeda in the company of the renowned producer Tomas Salcedotwo-time winner of the Grammy and Nahuel Bronzini both members of Fantastic Negrito.

Blue Dalmon, is an album that will undoubtedly not go unnoticed and one of the reasons will be the sound proposal. Part of the deep spirit of delta blues ventures into very diverse corners, technologies and textures: from seventies psychedelia and acoustic and organic sounds to rock and ambient atmospheres.

Also in the lyrical proposal, each song transcends entertainment to offer an emotional experience that delves into concepts such as identity, social communion, immigration stories, isolation and environmental justice. Although the lyrics are not always explicit, the collusion between the music and its poetic treatment make them pieces that correspond to all these themes.

The album was composed and pre-produced during several retreats in different natural places around the world and has a very special collaboration by the Mexican artist. Ely Guerra in the opening theme "I don't want to get there." The album was anticipated with six previous releases accompanied by a series of music videos and live performances and was completed last September 1st with "Let Me Fly" and "The Here Sometimes".

Blue Dalmon It was also a proposal designed in a sustainable way, and in order to achieve that goal the band proposed through the Chilean non-profit organization, Cultiva Foundation, neutralize the carbon emissions necessary for its recording, planting 96 trees that captured 48 tons of CO2.

To promote the album, the band plans to come to Mexico to do a series of concerts, the first being next Wednesday, November 8th in Pepe House and then fulfilling the role of support act on some dates for the Argentine band The spirits.
